Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.
• The item must include all original packaging, inserts, and accessories, if applicable.
• The item must not have been altered, damaged, or used after delivery.

Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide return instructions.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged during shipping or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the problem
• Photos of the item and shipping package

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Items specifically identified in the product listing as “As Is,” “Final Sale,” or non-returnable are not eligible for return unless the item received is significantly different from its description.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process the refund.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or an item was damaged during shipment.

Unless the return is due to our error or shipping damage, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
